Order

Proton-KA, an automated telephone exchange is a universal hardware and software solution for organization and development of multi-service switching and access nodes. It combines time-division multiplexing (TDM) and IP packet information switching technologies Fully substitutes imported PBXs Siemens HiPath/OpenScape.

Used:

  • on all communication networks of the Russian Federation (public, departmental and corporate, special-purpose ones);
  • as a transit-node or terminal PBX, as well as an alarm converter;
  • operational dispatch communication systems;

  • call centers.

  • Fully Russian design and production. Assigned TORP status.
  • Certified by the FSB for security levels A2 and C2 against computer attacks and information leaks through technical channels.
  • Certified by the Ministry of Communications.
  • Does not require licensing to expand the functionality, as with foreign manufacturers. Each PBX is fully functional.
  • Network cross-platform (Linux, Windows) multiuser system with window interface.
  • Operational communication consoles of own design.
  • More than 50 user service functions (forwarding, callback, incoming call notification, intervention, call parking, group call, notification, conference call up to 127 participants, IVR, etc.).
  • Support for all kinds of wired user devices (including user encrypted phones, SIP phones, Siemens/Unify digital system telephones, LG).
  • For Siemens/Unify units of Optiset, OptiPoint, OpenStage models, the OSD menu system and operation algorithms are exactly identical to Siemens. Users will not notice substitution of PBX Siemens by Proton-KA occurs.
  • Siemens/Unify digital phones can be certified for installation in a categorized room (microphones are blocked to exclude the possibility of listening to sounds in the room when the phone is hanged up).
